We take immense pride in our work and are deeply passionate about helping with a broad spectrum of cleaning tasks to serve our customers. Nevertheless, to uphold our dedication to delivering exceptional quality, there are specific limitations to the services we can offer:

  1. Service Discretion and Respect: We retain the prerogative to terminate any service, and we may exercise this right in cases where our staff is subjected to racism, sexism, or disrespect. Should such instances occur, the service will be promptly halted and will not continue.

  2. Staff Well-being: The welfare and safety of our staff take precedence. Our team members are prohibited from:

    • Scaling heights necessitating a ladder with more than three steps.

    • Relocating or hoisting bulky furniture that demands more than a single person's strength.

    • Undertaking cleaning duties related to biohazardous substances, such as animal or human waste.

    • Confronting spaces plagued by insect infestations.

    • Managing areas plagued by mold concerns.

    • Engaging in any other activities that might imperil their health or safety.

  3. Pet Responsibility: It is crucial to understand that we cannot take on the responsibility for the health and safety of your pets. Although we are vigilant and exercise caution in their presence, the ultimate responsibility for your pets' well-being during our service rests with you.

  4. Damage and Breakage: Our maids exercise due diligence in their cleaning duties, and we maintain insurance coverage to address damages or breakages resulting from their actions. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage attributed to "normal wear and tear," improper item installation, or valuable items such as artwork, collectibles, or family heirlooms worth over $200 if they were not disclosed during the booking process. Should you observe any damage following the completion of our maid service, please notify us within 24 hours of the scheduled cleaning so that we can make an effort to resolve the matter. Here are some examples of items covered:

    • Carpet & Rug Snags: These are loops caught by the vacuum's brush due to regular wear, moving furniture, or similar factors. We employ industry-standard vacuums to minimize this risk.

    • Broken Blinds: Please be aware that cleaning blinds can weaken them over time, especially with exposure to sunlight and the natural aging process.

    • Improperly Hung Items: Items securely affixed to the wall should not fall during the cleaning process.

    • Valuable Items: Art, collectibles, or family heirlooms valued at over $200 should be disclosed in writing before the cleaning service.

    • Woodwork & Furniture: If you possess wooden items that require special care or if you intend to provide specific cleaning products, kindly inform us so that we can accommodate your preferences accordingly.

  5. Utility Requirement: To carry out our cleaning services effectively, we need access to both electricity and water. In the event that your utilities are not operational, we can arrange for the cleaning to be rescheduled at a time when these services are available.

  6. Challenging Conditions: Should your home present demanding conditions, such as broken glass, excessive clutter, or resembling a hoarder's space, we can endeavor to restore its livability and habitability. It's important to note that the final outcome may not attain the same level of cleanliness as in a typical home. Before commencing the work, we will have a discussion with you about this situation, and we may capture before-and-after photos for planning and improvement purposes. These photos might also be shared on our social media, but they will be devoid of any identifiable information.

  7. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Our scheduling is meticulously coordinated, and abrupt cancellations or alterations can result in considerable disruption and financial repercussions for both our company and our staff. Therefore, we maintain a 48-hour notice policy, accompanied by a $100 fee for cancellations or rescheduling. In specific situations, if we are able to fill the vacant slot with another appointment or if a valid reason exists, we may consider waiving this fee.

  8. Staff Recruitment: When you choose Superb Maids, you acknowledge that you will not hire any staff member introduced to you by our company for any home-related services. We invest substantial time, effort, and resources in the recruitment process, which includes interviews, background checks, and training for our maids. Upon joining our team, these individuals commit to refraining from working for any of our past or current customers. If you have a desire to hire one of our staff members directly, please engage in a discussion with our owner. It is important to be aware that should we discover that you have recruited one of our staff members, our referral/training fee stands at $5,000 per hired employee. We place significant value on our employees, and this fee is established to reflect that value.

  9. Liability and Indemnification: You commit to safeguard, indemnify, and absolve Superb Maids and its associated entities, agents, licensors, managers, and other affiliated businesses, as well as their employees, owners, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, debts, and expenses (inclusive of legal fees) stemming from:

    1. Your utilization of the cleaning services delivered by Superb Maids.

    2. Alleged or actual property loss or damage (including within your residence) arising from Superb Maids' cleaning services.

  10. Disclaimer of Warranty: To the broadest extent allowed by applicable law, Superb Maids neither guarantees, endorses, warranties, nor assumes responsibility for the cleaning services, including those performed by its representatives, or any resulting losses or damages. The service, encompassing our cleanings, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the service is entirely at your own risk. To the greatest extent authorized by applicable law, the service is furnished without any warranties, whether explicit or implied, encompassing but not restricted to merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, quality, or non-infringement. Without limiting the preceding, Superb Maids, its subsidiaries, and licensors do not assure that the service is accurate, reliable, or error-free; that the service will satisfy your needs; or that the service will be accessible at any particular time or location, continuous, or secure.
